GetFastWebsite allows for the creation, publication, and management of websites using artificial intelligence tools and predefined templates, according to the plans indicated on the Pricing page.
3. Account and Registration
- The user must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful data.
- Credentials are personal; the user is responsible for their safekeeping.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of violation of the Terms.
4. Plans, Payments, and Renewals
- Prices are indicated in Euros and are inclusive of any applicable sales tax unless otherwise specified.
- Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store card data.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from the personal area.
- In case of non-payment, the service may be suspended.
5. User Content
The user retains ownership of the uploaded or generated content. They grant GetFastWebsite a non-exclusive license, limited solely to providing the service (hosting, backups, AI generation, site distribution).
The user guarantees that the content:
- does not violate third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy);
- is not illegal, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory;
- does not promote illegal or dangerous activities.
6. Acceptable Use
It is forbidden to use the service for:
- sending spam or phishing;
- distributing malware;
- carrying out cyber attacks or unauthorized scraping;
- bypassing the technical limits of the plans.
7. Service Availability
We are committed to ensuring the maximum continuity of the service, without, however, guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GetFastWebsite is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. The total liability is in any case limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
9. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has a right of withdrawal as indicated on the Refund Policy page.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend the Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated via email with at least 15 days' notice.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by US law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction; in all other cases, the courts of New York County, NY have exclusive jurisdiction.
